Technical data such as IP address and browser type (server logs)

Lawful basis

Consent – when you submit our visa checker or contact form
Contract – when you become a client and we prepare your application
Legitimate interests – to respond to enquiries and improve our service

Processors

Resend (United States) – email delivery for form submissions
Vercel (United States/EU) – website hosting

Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain records for the duration of our engagement and as required by law thereafter.
